陳抗、緝毒…排滿檔基層員警表示，不論針對青少年犯罪的青春專案、查緝毒品的緝毒專案，員警平日都已積極宣導、查緝，只因青少年放暑假與市府「毒防辦」、市刑大「毒品查緝溯源中心」成立，再推出所謂的專案，且要求立即展現績效，「說穿了只是弄出漂亮數字給長官做面子！」
資深員警說，為了正副總統反恐層級維安勤務，加上青春專案、緝毒專案績效要求，一個接著一個專案勤務，不少同仁1天睡不到5小時，「精神不濟要如何辦案？又如何集中精神執行維安勤務？」拚績效給長官做面子市警局解釋，因8月19日世大運登場，將每天規畫逾千名警力執行維安勤務，確保各國選手安全，警政署為體恤基層辛勞，已將世大運期間新北刑案績效要求降為80％，為避免宵小心存僥倖，才會在本月密集舉辦專案打擊犯罪，但絕不會要求更高績效。基層員警批評說，員警平日都在努力維護治安，不是只有專案期間才要主動辦案，上級長官推出各種專案，只是「疊床架屋」作法，員警苦笑說：「反正不是上級親自上街頭抓壞人，怎能期望長官們會有同理心？」(中國時報)
